Sarai is the Founder of Sarai Roy Bookkeeping. She is an innovator and curiosity ambassador. Her services bring solutions that help businesses for future growth and sustainability. Sarai has experience in servicing clients in financial reporting and risk management within organizations. Her focus is on the small to middle market privately held companies with a focus in agribusiness, not-for-profit, and Latino-owned businesses.

Her Story

Sarai graduated in 2017 from Sacramento State with a degree in business administration – accounting. She started her career in public accounting with a CPA firm, focusing on assurance services for non-for-profit entities. Sarai grew her expertise and joined a global CPA firm where she performed financial services for middle-market privately held companies. 

After leaving public accounting, she joined one of the top 10 largest Credit Union in the US serving as an Internal Auditor and later as a Risk Management Specialist. During her time with that Credit Union, she gained expertise about the operations of a business at all stages and phases of growth. Sarai decided it was time to enter the start-up arena, this time launching her own business.

When she is not working, she can be found gardening, traveling to a beach destination, and spending time with family and her two children. Sarai loves to read and learn new things.
